Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the BKCF Project Management System ("the System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the System. The System is operated by the BIMP-EAGA Korea Cooperation Fund (BKCF) in partnership with the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI) and the Asian Development Bank (ADB).

"User" refers to any individual or organization accessing the System. "Proposer" refers to entities submitting project proposals through the System. "Reviewer" refers to authorized personnel evaluating project proposals. "Administrator" refers to BKCF staff managing the System. "Project" refers to development initiatives submitted for BKCF funding consideration.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activities under your account are your responsibility. BKCF reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activities.

Users agree to: - Use the System only for its intended purposes - Provide truthful and accurate information in all submissions - Respect intellectual property rights of others - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive project information - Comply with all applicable laws and regulations Users must not: - Attempt unauthorized access to the System - Upload malicious software or content - Interfere with System operations - Use the System for fraudulent purposes - Share confidential information without authorization

All project proposals submitted through the System must: - Be aligned with BIMP-EAGA development priorities - Contain accurate and verifiable information - Include all required documentation - Comply with BKCF eligibility criteria BKCF reserves the right to reject proposals that do not meet these requirements. Submission of a proposal does not guarantee funding approval.

Content submitted to the System remains the intellectual property of the submitting party unless otherwise agreed. By submitting content, users grant BKCF a non-exclusive license to use such content for evaluation, reporting, and promotional purposes. The System's design, features, and content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of BKCF and its partners.

BKCF treats all project submissions as confidential. Information will only be shared with authorized reviewers and partners involved in the evaluation process. Users must maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information accessed through the System and must not disclose such information to unauthorized parties.

The System is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BKCF does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the System will meet all user requirements. BKCF makes no warranties regarding the outcome of project evaluations or funding decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BKCF and its partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the System. Total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by the user, if any.

BKCF reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through the System. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to international development organizations and the host country agreements of BKCF's partner institutions. Disputes shall be resolved through consultation and, if necessary, arbitration under internationally recognized rules.
