BKCF 2025 Call for Proposals Now Open

We are pleased to announce that the BKCF 2025 funding cycle is now officially open for project proposals. This represents an exciting opportunity for eligible organizations across the BIMP-EAGA region to secure funding for innovative projects.

Funding Focus Areas

Applications are invited across our four strategic priority areas:

• Green Economy: Projects promoting renewable energy, circular economy, and sustainable industries
• Connectivity: Infrastructure development and digital transformation initiatives
• Sustainable Agriculture: Climate-smart farming and food security programs
• Eco-Tourism: Responsible tourism development projects

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for BKCF funding, applicants must:

• Be a registered organization in a BIMP-EAGA member country (Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Philippines)
• Demonstrate technical and financial capacity to implement the proposed project
• Submit a complete project proposal using the official BKCF template
• Include a detailed budget and implementation timeline

Application Deadline

All proposals must be submitted by March 31, 2026 at 23:59 (GMT+8). Late submissions will not be considered.
